Mike is a graduate of Franklin Pierce College with Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and served in New Hampshire law enforcement for approximately 23 years, retiring as a Sergeant in a busy agency. He also has significant experience working with middle school and high school age youth as a School District Safety and Security Director.

During his law enforcement career, Mike trained , mentored and supervised Police Officers and served in many roles; Patrol Officer, Defensive Tactics Instructor, Bicycle Patrol Officer, Domestic Violence Team Member, Burglary Task Force, Field Training Officer, Police Prosecutor, Patrol Sergeant, Shift Supervisor, Domestic Violence Team Leader, Crisis Response Team leader and many other responsibilities that come with a long career in law enforcement and investigations. Training and experience includes,; DWI, Domestic Violence, Active Shooter Response Instruction, Crisis Team Response (Mental Health),Tactical Patrol Supervision, Death and Homicide Investigations, Officer Involved Shooting Investigations, FBI Leadership Courses, Incident Command, Certified RADAR Operator, and more.
