Mike is a graduate of Franklin Pierce College with Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and served in New Hampshire law enforcement for approximately 23 years, retiring as a Sergeant in a busy agency. He also has significant experience working with middle school and high school age youth.

Mike supervised and reviewed Officers investigations for over a decade and also served as a police prosecutor, giving him a unique insight into reviewing and conducting investigations. A problem solver and inquisitive investigator by nature, Mike has always been committed to thorough, confidential, and ethical investigations. He uses his deep understanding of police practices, knowledge of criminal law, rules of evidence and trial dynamics to assist in the unique needs of your case.

During his law enforcement career, Mike trained , mentored and supervised Police Officers and served in many roles; Patrol Officer, Defensive Tactics Instructor, Bicycle Patrol Officer, Domestic Violence Team Member, Burglary Task Force, Field Training Officer, Assistant Prosecutor, Patrol Sergeant, Shift Supervisor, Domestic Violence Team Leader, Crisis Response Team leader and many other responsibilities that come with a long career in law enforcement and investigations. Training and experience includes,; DWI, Domestic Violence, Active Shooter Response Instruction, Crisis Team Response (Mental Health),Tactical Patrol Supervision, Death and Homicide Investigations, Officer Involved Shooting Investigations, FBI Leadership Courses, Incident Command, Certified RADAR Operator, and more.

Mike has been involved in thousands of investigations, from minor infractions to homicides and other serious felonies during his career, but knows every investigation deserves a strong advocate that is committed to a full and complete investigation.
